Soap-Ah is a small-batch, family-run business based in Buffalo Gap, Texas.
We create handcrafted tallow soaps and natural skin products using simple, traditional ingredients chosen for quality and skin compatibility.

Because our products are made in small batches using natural materials, variations in color, texture, scent strength, and appearance are normal and do not indicate a defect.

Refund & Return Policy (All Sales Final)

Due to the nature of personal-care products, all sales are final.

Soap-Ah does not accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Opened or used products

• Personal preference (scent, texture, firmness, color, or performance)

• Skin reactions, sensitivities, or allergies

• Subscription orders once processed

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.
Approved claims may result in a replacement at Soap-Ah’s sole discretion.

Shipping, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked Delivered by the carrier, Soap-Ah is not responsible for:

• Lost packages

• Stolen packages

• Carrier delays

• Delivery errors

• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

Shipping carriers assume responsibility after acceptance and delivery confirmation.
Customers are encouraged to ship to secure locations.

Subscription Policy

Subscription orders are billed and shipped automatically based on the selected schedule.

• Subscriptions may be paused, modified, or canceled before the next billing date

• Once processed or shipped, subscription orders cannot be canceled or refunded

• Failed payments may delay or skip shipments

Soap-Ah reserves the right to adjust pricing, availability, or discontinue subscriptions at any time.
