How Soap-Ah came to be:

 Meet Tim, a proud U.S. Air Force veteran who served for 10 years, and his wife, Susie, a compassionate nurse with over 20 years of experience in ICU and critical care. Together, they’ve navigated many life challenges, including Tim’s personal experience with psoriasis—a chronic skin condition that causes red, itchy, and scaly patches. Often compared to eczema, psoriasis involves thicker, silvery scales, while eczema usually results in more sensitive, oozing skin. Tim’s journey managing the symptoms of psoriasis sparked their shared passion for holistic health and natural skincare solutions, leading them to create products that promote skin wellness for all. 

Susie, with her interest in holistic healing, was determined to help Tim overcome his skin issue. She encouraged him to explore natural ingredients, believing in the power of nature to foster healing. Tim began experimenting with different natural remedies and conducting thorough research to find solutions free from prescriptions with numerous undesired side effects.

Through their combined efforts and unwavering determination, Tim crafted his own skincare products, which worked wonders for his skin. When Susie tried them herself, she exclaimed, “Ah, that feels great!”—and that moment sparked the name 

Soap-AH.

Inspired by his healing journey and Susie’s holistic approach, Tim shared his natural skincare solutions with others. His vision is to create a self-sustaining business that not only produces high-quality, handmade soaps and skincare products but also empowers others.
